A modern suburban home with a dark gray shingle roof seen from a slightly elevated, three-quarter angle, its south-facing roof clearly visible and overlaid with semi-transparent, sleek black solar panel outlines as if in planning mode. The house sits on a tidy, tree-lined street with other roofs softly blurred in the background. Late afternoon natural light casts clean, defined shadows, emphasizing roof angles and panel placement. A subtle, translucent overlay of simple charts and cost-savings icons floats above the roof, suggesting data-driven consultation. Photographic realism with a clean, professional aesthetic, sharp focus on the main house, and a gentle bokeh background, creating an atmosphere of clarity, trust, and smart decision-making for residential solar.
A detailed rooftop close-up of high-efficiency residential solar panels with deep blue-black cells and low-profile anodized aluminum frames, perfectly aligned on a clean asphalt shingle roof. The panels subtly reflect a clear blue sky while remaining mostly non-glare, showing fine textures in the glass and mounting hardware. In the blurred distance, modest neighboring homes without solar are visible, hinting at contrast. Early morning sunlight creates a gentle golden edge along the panel frames and soft, directional shadows that accentuate tidy cable management and racking. Photographic realism with a low, slightly angled perspective along the panel row creates depth and professionalism, conveying quality equipment and expert installation that a broker would recommend as a best-fit solution.

Ways to go Solar

Pre-Paid PPA

Our prepaid power purchase agreement (PPA) lets homeowners lock in the benefits of solar without the complexity of ownership: you make a single upfront payment, and a trusted local installer designs, owns, and maintains the system on your roof while you enjoy years of predictable, no-cost solar electricity.

PPA/Lease

A residential solar power purchase agreement (PPA) lets homeowners get solar panels installed with little to no upfront cost, while a third-party provider owns, operates, and maintains the system. Instead of buying the equipment, you agree to purchase the electricity it produces at a set rate, which is often lower than your utility’s standard price. The provider is responsible for monitoring, repairs, and performance, and you simply pay for the power you use, potentially reducing your monthly energy costs without taking on system ownership or maintenance.

Ownership

Owning your solar system means you pay for the equipment and keep all of the long‑term benefits. This can be done either with a solar loan or a direct cash purchase. With a loan, you spread the cost over time while still owning the system, which lets you access incentives and energy savings. With a cash purchase, you pay the full amount upfront, avoid interest, and immediately own the system outright, maximizing your potential savings over the life of the panels.
